Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect item or believe your order has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Our team will review the matter promptly and arrange an appropriate resolution where applicable.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If the requested item is unavailable, store credit may be offered for future purchases.

Return Shipping

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is defective or incorrect

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and approved following inspection, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
