This warranty reflects our commitment to quality, transparency, and lasting customer care.
What Is Covered
Our Lifetime Craftsmanship Warranty covers manufacturing and workmanship-related defects, including:
• Structural defects resulting from craftsmanship
• Stone setting issues arising from manufacturing faults
• Loose stones caused by setting defects under normal wear conditions
Should an eligible issue arise, our team will assess the piece and provide the appropriate repair service whenever possible.
What Is Not Covered
The Lifetime Craftsmanship Warranty does not cover:
• Normal wear and ageing over time
• Scratches, dents, or surface marks from everyday use
• Accidental damage, impact, or improper handling
• Loss of stones due to external force or misuse
• Loss, theft, or disappearance of jewellery
• Modifications, repairs, or resizing performed by third parties
• Natural wear of gold, rose gold, white gold, or platinum finishes
As with all fine jewellery, surface finishes and plating will naturally wear with time and use. Professional restoration or re-plating services may be available upon request for a service fee.
Gemstones & Certification
Our warranty is separate from gemstone certification.
• Moissanite jewellery is accompanied by an authentic grading certificate
• Eligible lab-grown diamonds are certified by internationally recognised laboratories such as IGI or GIA
Certification remains valid independently of warranty coverage.
Bespoke & Custom Jewellery
Custom-made jewellery is covered under our Lifetime Craftsmanship Warranty for manufacturing and structural workmanship-related defects.
However, custom finishes, plating wear, personalised modifications, and design-specific wear are not covered under the warranty.

• Your order number or proof of purchase
• Clear photographs of the jewellery piece
• A brief description of the issue
All claims are subject to inspection and approval by our quality team.
